Treachery at Ye Drop Dead Weasel! A review of my comic mentioned a lack of motion as one of the places that had room for improvement. So I'm trying to convey more dynamism. Hopefully it shines through.
I debated for a long time before adding the yellow tint to the pages happening inside the Drop Dead Weasel. In the end, I opted to use it. It's a tavern, so I feel it needs the warm lighting. Drop Dead Weasel is a challenging location to draw. There's a floor plan to respect. A level of details necessary to show where things are happening within the bar, yet, I have to keep the details to a minimum to avoid cluttering the panels and spending too much time on each page.
All in all, I'm happy with how it came out. I think it tells this part of the story nicely. Let me know what you think.
